The property was cleab but there were multiple issues.
1. Tv wasn't working snd it took 2 days to sort it
2. Phone wasn't working, they fixed it
3. The dryer is not drying the clothes well, it takes 2 rounds to dry. The quality of the washer is so bad it spoilt our shirt quality.
4. The supplies take a lot of time to come
5. I knew there is no daily cleaning but usually it should be alternate or at least every 3rd day when in long stay.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel with my husband and we have an amazing time. The room needs a little update but I was clean and that is what is matters to me. The AC worked fine in my room but I see one guy working on the AC on other room. The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay and I will love to be back soon

Highly recommended this hotel. Shopping and restaurants in the same area. You honestly don’t even need to leave the resort. As our first mother and daughter trip, we felt safe. We will definitely make this our destination spot. Staff was awesome!
