I had a clean room but it sure didn't have much, like a mini-refrigerator. There was a hair dryer but the closet was in the bathroom, which was very strange to me. Check-in/out was professional I suppose but not friendly at all. No friendly welcome, no regards in asking how my stay was. The early check-in fee feels like a nickel and dime charge.

Room was nice hallways had bit of a smell and there were only three operating elevators the whole time I was there which made going to and from the room a disaster it really ruined the whole experience

Planet Hollywood Review Overall, my stay at Planet Hollywood was pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. My main complaint was the hotel Wi-Fi. We had to contact the help desk multiple times just to get two devices connected. Even after getting them connected, the devices repeatedly disconnected, which became very frustrating. What made the situation worse was that we were then being prompted to pay for the same devices again, even though we had already paid for Wi-Fi access. I think the Wi-Fi system and the way device access is managed definitely need to be improved. Guests should not have to repeatedly contact the help desk or risk being charged multiple times just to maintain a connection. Aside from the Wi-Fi issue, the room itself was clean and the stay was enjoyable. I would consider staying at Planet Hollywood again, but I hope they improve their Wi-Fi service and make the connection process much easier for guests.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
